Mobility Roadshow to Showcase WAVs

The UK’s premier showcase for WAVs and handicap adapted cars returns from 25-27 June this year. Based in Donington Park, Derby, the event will allow drivers of all expertise to sample some of the highest quality vehicles the market has to offer. Guests can expect a proactive day of test driving and exhibitions, with some of the country’s leading car manufacturers present to offer helpful and reliable consumer advice.

As a Newcomer, What Can I Expect?

The Roadshow is a unique opportunity to discover and experience a range of specially crafted automobiles in a safe and friendly environment. Everyone is welcome. For the first time, the Roadshow will facilitate the Get Going Live! feature, which enables inexperienced drivers to try out accessible vehicles under careful supervision and guidance.

There’s also the chance for more hands on product reviewing, with suppliers demonstrating the capabilities of their latest innovations and designs. If it’s related to the mobility market, the Roadshow is sure to promote it. Helping those with a disability gain independence is why the showcase was founded and it continues to inspire 30 years on.

How Will I Find the Perfect Vehicle for My Needs?

Each year a vast array of free and impartial advice is available to visitors on all matters of mobility. It’s called the Information Village and houses a large number of companies, organisations and charities that can answer all your burning questions.

Once you have studied the field and noted what the market has to offer, you can use their services to simplify your final decision. There is no pressure to buy a vehicle then and there and you can leave Donington knowing you’re in a stronger position than when you came in.

Here at Mobility Nationwide we realise the purchase of a WAV can be a daunting and life changing dilemma. We want all our customers to feel safe and assured by the vehicle they drive away in. If you’re interested in purchasing a second hand WAV, why not check out our current vehicles?
