Converted by Allied Mobility, the wheelchair access ramp at the back can be stowed either upright (when wheelchair on board) or flat inside the vehicle creating a boot (when wheelchair not in situ). There is an adapted shelf in the rear that folds down and joins to the ramp completely covering the wheelchair area. In addition, the rear seats can be folded in the usual one, two or three configuration and can create extra space for the wheelchair passenger to enjoy. If you are someone who struggles to push a manual wheelchair up any inclines, this vehicle has a winch installed which simply takes the effort away from the carer of the wheelchair user. The winch is attached to the wheelchair and using the remote control the winch pulls the wheelchair/wheelchair passenger up the ramp and into the vehicle with ease. A comfortable vehicle with plenty of extras including Bluetooth Technology and DAB radio.
