A wheelchair accessible vehicle converted by GM Coachworks and adapted with a lowered floor, a generous wheelchair access ramp and a four point wheelchair restraint and safety belt system. Equipped with a winch, this WAV has everything you would need to transport a wheelchair passenger (or scooter).
This vehicle can accommodate up to four passengers including the wheelchair user and the rear seat can be folded, or tilted forwards creating additional room for the wheelchair passenger should this be required. The rear seat, if not occupied, can also be very useful as somewhere to place any essential equipment required by the wheelchair user. The side sliding doors provide excellent side access which is great for checking that the wheelchair passenger is both comfortable and ready for their journey ahead. A very purposeful wheelchair accessible vehicle.
