Many in the motor trade farm out their warranties to insurance backed companies. Hence they are able to boast of warranties that appear to cover the vehicle for long time periods. At Mobility Nationwide, we take the view that you are our customer, and hence our responsibility, and we will not wash our hands of you by passing you onto an insurance call centre, in the unlikely event of you having a problem with one of our vehicles. To this end, we offer a genuine 12 month nationwide warranty on all of our vehicles, and any necessary warranty repair work, and if we deem it necessary, provision of a replacement vehicle will be managed and paid for by Mobility Nationwide.
Although in the long run, this may not be the most economical way for us, we do this because we think that our customers deserve the very best after- sales service.
