Every one of our wheelchair vehicles is provided with a nationwide 12-month warranty, giving you the peace of mind that you will be looked after wherever you are in the UK.

A wheelchair car is a very important part of daily life to our customers, and we understand this. Our quality checks in our modern workshops are rigorous to ensure that the chances of any vehicle failure is minimised. However, you will be reassured to know that if you did encounter a problem with your vehicle during the first 12 months, customer care is only a phone call away.

Since 2004 we have been looking after WAV customers in every part of the United Kingdom (and quite often on further shores as well). This experience has given us the expertise to ensure that your vehicle is up and running again as quickly as possible if a problem arises. For your convenience, all minor repairs will be carried out at a location close to the customer. In the unlikely event that your disabled vehicle will be off the road for some considerable time whilst repairs are being carried out, wherever you are in the country (mainland and south of Scottish Highlands), we will collect your car and provide you with a loan vehicle whilst your wheelchair vehicle is being fixed. All free of charge during the warranty period.
